Job Details:
- Location: Ellensburg, WA
- Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Physical Therapy, appropriate state licensure, and 1+ years of experience in home health. Experience in home base care is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous home health experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Assignment Duration: 09/21/2026 to 12/20/2026
- Additional Information: Daily mileage reimbursement provided for patient care travel. Lodging options are available nearby, with potential discounts for rental accommodations.
