The role of the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is integral to our remote working model, allowing for flexibility in your professional life while maintaining a strong connection with your patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with patients through effective communication and empathetic listening.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances and needs.

• Regularly meet with patients for counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and other relevant methodologies.

• Assess patient progress continually and modify treatment plans accordingly to foster improvement and engagement.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing interactive techniques to encourage participation and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
