Job Title: LVN / LPN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Long-Term Care Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing License: Must have Client License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Strong attendance and punctuality required - Must be able to pass a medication administration test and clinical observation - Reliable with consistent attendance Description: Facility requirements include managing medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and report changes in resident conditions. Complete timely and accurate documentation. Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies. Supervise certified nursing assistants on assigned units. Organized and detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills are preferred. Team players with a positive attitude are crucial for this role. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with scheduling needs. Every other weekend is required based on center requests. RTO cannot be approved after an offer is made. Any call outs should be given with ample notice, more than 24 hours prior. Familiarity with Point Click Care is beneficial, though not required. All shifts begin 15 minutes before and end 15 minutes after. Dependability and consistent attendance are essential for success in this position.
