We’re seeking an experienced Client Services leader to cover a leave beginning in November. This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing the Client Services function while personally managing integrated programs from the sales handoff through delivery and wrap-up.

You’ll own both the client relationship and the work required to deliver on what was sold. Our 360 programs often span digital media, branded articles and content, social, influencers, experiential activations and custom sponsorships.

\n

What You’ll Do

• Lead post-sale delivery across our portfolio, keeping programs organized, on schedule and aligned with agreed scopes and client expectations.
\n
• Serve as the primary contact for brand and agency partners on assigned programs, representing Clear Sky and the client whose partnership we’re delivering.
\n
• Build and manage timelines, deliverables trackers, asset requests, approvals and status updates, with clear ownership and deadlines.
\n
• Personally manage programs while providing direction, support and quality oversight to the client services team.
\n
• Coordinate internal teams, our clients, freelancers and execution partners so everyone understands what needs to happen and when.
\n
• Be accountable for on-time delivery, identifying risks early and driving solutions when priorities, assets or approvals shift.
\n
• Navigate relationships between Clear Sky, our portfolio clients and their advertisers with diplomacy, sound judgment and a clear understanding of each party’s priorities.
\n
• Provide thoughtful recommendations when clients need guidance on execution, tradeoffs or changes to a program.
\n
• Maintain a high standard of communication: clear, accurate, proactive and responsive, with useful updates and dependable follow-through.
\n
• Manage scope changes and proactively flag resource or budget challenges.

What You Bring

\n

\n
• Significant experience in Client Service, Account Management or Program Delivery. Publisher and/or agency experience is strongly preferred.
\n
• A strong digital media and branded content background, with experience delivering custom advertising and sponsorship programs across multiple formats.
\n
• Familiarity with branded articles, video production, social and influencer programs, and experiential activations.
\n
• Exceptional client management skills, high emotional intelligence and confidence handling sensitive conversations across multiple stakeholders.
\n
• The ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions and move work forward without waiting for detailed instructions.
\n
• Strong operational habits and attention to detail, including timelines, approvals, deliverables tracking and documentation.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the judgment to know what needs an update, a recommendation or an escalation.
\n
• Experience managing freelancers and external partners. An existing network of trusted freelance talent is a plus.
\n
• Availability for at least three months beginning in November, with flexibility to extend to a fourth month.
