Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

You'll own the candidate experience from application through interview, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep the process running smoothly. You'll help build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline by sourcing candidates and surfacing promising inbound applicants, while keeping candidates informed every step of the way. If you're service-oriented, highly organized, and enjoy the hunt for great talent, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

• Serve as a friendly, professional, and reliable point of contact for candidates, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, keeping candidates and interviewers on track.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing and proactive outreach.
• Review and disposition inbound applicants, ensuring qualified candidates move quickly through the pipeline.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data across our hiring systems.
• Improve recruiting operations and candidate experience as we scale.

Background we're looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or a related role
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across candidates and internal partners.
• Excellent judgment and attention to detail in coordinating interviews and managing recruiting operations.
• Comfort with proactive outreach-identifying great candidates, sparking their interest, and guiding them through the hiring process.

Experience we'd be particularly excited about

• Experience elevating recruiting operations or candidate experience through thoughtful processes and workflow improvements.
• Experience supporting both recruiting coordination and proactive sourcing in a high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or similar platforms.

• 30 minute video meeting with the hiring manager to dive deeper into your experience and the role
• 30 minute video meeting to meet 2-3 members of the team
• 30 minute video meeting with our founders to discuss your approach to culture and our operating principles

Estimated Compensation Range

$90,000-$110,000 USD
