$55,000–$65,000/year + Monthly Bonuses + Unlimited Commission

Sparkle Car Wash is looking for a General Manager who knows how to lead people, drive performance, and create a customer experience that keeps people coming back.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building strong teams, hitting goals, solving problems, and taking ownership of their location.

Compensation & Perks

$55,000–$65,000 annual salary

Plus:

• Up to $1,000 in monthly performance bonuses
• Unlimited commission on personally sold memberships
• $1,500 sign-on bonus for candidates with qualifying retail, restaurant, or car wash management experience

What You'll Do:;

As General Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of the location's daily operations and overall performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, and team performance.
• Drive membership sales, customer retention, and key performance metrics.
• Monitor KPIs and use performance data to improve results.
• Maintain high standards for customer service, cleanliness, safety, and site appearance.
• Oversee cash handling and daily operational procedures.
• Conduct team training, coaching, and performance conversations.
• Complete and monitor equipment and maintenance inspections.
• Open and close the location and ensure the site is operating at its best every day.
• Build a positive culture where employees feel supported, accountable, and motivated to succeed.

• Experienced managing teams in retail, restaurant, car wash, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment .
