Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in product management or a closely related domain
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle work including discovery, ideation, strategic planning, requirements definition, and value management
• Strong working knowledge of Web3, banking, finance, and payments ecosystems
• Prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization is preferred

• Define a product strategy and vision that creates customer value
• Lead discovery initiatives and market research to identify customer needs and shape the product roadmap
• Own, maintain, and evolve the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Establish the framework for, and track, key product success metrics such as cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Improve existing structures and market practices to deliver better client services and experiences
• Turn ideas into clear, visually compelling presentations
• Take initiative while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
• Present ideas to senior management and clients, and engage with vendors and startups in the blockchain community
• Understand distributed ledger technology and related applications, including the fundamentals of cryptocurrency technology and its relevance to public and private permissioned blockchains
