Talent Acquisition Specialist

True Manufacturing Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across production roles at four area facilities. This position is office-based with regular, predictable on-site attendance, along with limited eligibility for remote work. Key Responsibilities Lead recruiting activities to help maintain optimal staffing levels across all True Production facilities. Post open roles on external job boards. Use an Applicant Tracking System to review, manage, and disposition candidates. Schedule candidates and conduct telephone and on-site interviews. Engage with candidates during the interview process and prepare and present offers. Maintain ongoing communication with candidates from application through onboarding. Process and maintain required paperwork to support compliance. Perform core responsibilities through regular in-person collaboration, including participation in meetings, team discussions, and cross-functional coordination. Work closely with team members and leadership in a shared work environment to support timely decisions, problem-solving, innovation, and operational effectiveness. Maintain a consistent on-site presence to respond to daily business needs, including attendance of scheduled meetings and real-time collaboration as required. Meet regularly in person with the manager to align on workload, priorities, performance, and ongoing professional development. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Two or more years of related recruiting experience required. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Exhibit positive and professional behavior. Light travel between local facilities as needed may be required. Preferred Background Broad understanding of manufacturing preferred. Location and Work Arrangement O'Fallon, MO (hybrid).
