1st Shift Position

5:45am-3:00pm (flexible end time due to overtime)

Starting Pay $24.90

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to operate a forklift and train new employees on receiving jobs
• The ability to speak, read & write English.
• Basic Computer Skills
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
• Work overtime and weekends

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in refrigerated production areas and around food products
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
• One year of consistent production experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment in a leadership role
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, reading, writing, and speaking
