Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive census growth, including short-term and long-term census development initiatives Establish and maintain key relationships with hospital case managers and other external partners to identify and capitalize on new opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and local advertising Analyze and report on marketing metrics to measure program effectiveness and inform future strategies Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive census growth, often requiring creative problem-solving and negotiation skills Demonstrate a strong understanding of the San Antonio market and local healthcare trends Requirements 2+ years of experience in SNF marketing, with a focus on census development and hospital case manager relationships Proven track record of success in driving census growth and developing strategic marketing initiatives Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on internal and external relationship management Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting software Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Why Join Our Team?
