Sr BioProduction Account Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a senior account manager for the Michigan/Ohio territory to drive revenue and customer engagement across its bioprocessing portfolio. The role involves strategic account development, forecasting, and coordinating integrated solutions across multiple product lines and customer sites.

Responsibilities

Own revenue, bookings, and account performance across assigned customer sites and business units
Develop forecasts through strategic account mapping, territory planning, and data-driven analysis
Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor to drive customer engagement across product lines
Identify and advance new and recurring business opportunities through proactive prospecting
Coordinate integrated workflow solutions with Technical Sales Specialists and Field Application teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of sales experience in BioProduction, Life Sciences, or large CAPEX equipment
Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and managing complex customer negotiations
Strong understanding of bioprocessing workflows from development through commercial manufacturing
Ability to travel within territory up to 50%
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
