Accounts Payable SpecialistWe're partnering with a stable and growing manufacturing organization in El Segundo that is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join its Corporate Accounting team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, problem-solving, and collaboration are highly valued.The ideal candidate has experience processing high-volume invoices, performing 3-way matching, and working within an ERP system in a manufacturing or distribution environment.What You'll Be DoingProcess high-volume accounts payable invoices with accuracy and efficiencyPerform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoicesReview invoice coding and approvals to ensure compliance with company policiesResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies, receiving issues, and vendor payment inquiriesMaintain positive relationships with vendors and internal departmentsPrepare ACH, wire, and check paymentsReconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding balancesAssist with month-end close and AP accrual activitiesMaintain accurate AP records and documentation for audit purposesSupport process improvement initiatives within the accounting departmentWhat We're Looking For3+ years of Accounts Payable experiencePrevious experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-driven environmentStrong understanding of 3-way matching (PO, receiving, and invoice)Experience processing high-volume invoicesERP system experience required (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or similar)Strong Excel skills including sorting, filtering, and lookupsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPreferred QualificationsCorporate Accounts Payable experienceExperience supporting multi-entity operationsAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferredWhy This Opportunity?Established and growing manufacturing companyCollaborative accounting and finance teamStable, long-term career opportunityCompetitive compensation and benefits package- PTO, Medical, 401kOpportunity to gain exposure to corporate accounting operations
