In this role, you'll support landscaping, grounds upkeep, and general property maintenance to uphold curb appeal standards.What you'll do:Maintain lawns and landscaping, including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and irrigationPerform daily grounds upkeep such as trash and pet waste removalAssist with exterior repairs, painting, fence work, and installationsSupport seasonal needs including snow removal and ice treatmentIdentify and address safety hazards and work with vendors as neededComplete light maintenance, follow safety protocols, and attend trainings/meetingsWhat we're looking for:Experience with landscaping and grounds maintenanceAbility to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectivelyStrong work ethic with ability to follow instructions and work independentlyBasic communication skills and ability to meet pre-employment requirementsWhat we offer:Competitive compensation and a $2,500 sign-on bonusHealth & Wellness: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Leave: We provide paid time off plus holidaysRetirement: We offer a 401k program with a company matchFrom collaborative team building offsites to spontaneous office fun, we've created an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and excited to come to work.Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.Position pay range$17 - $23.75 USDJoin us and take the next step in your career—apply today!
