We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who enjoys variety, takes pride in producing quality work, and is eager to grow with our team.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in supporting daily business operations by:

  • Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email
  • Preparing customer quotes
  • Performing data entry and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Managing Outlook communications
  • Supporting sales and operations teams
  • Learning new systems and processes as our business grows

✔ Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!

Training

This position is fully in-office Monday through Friday during the training period (approximately 2–3 months, depending on learning pace).

Office hours are:

  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
    OR
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
