Billing Specialist

Soni Resources is partnering with a Facilities Management client near Somerset, NJ, on the search for a Billing Specialist .

This role will support the SVP of Operations with a blend of billing and administrative responsibilities. The position requires strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

• Process and manage client billing, including generating invoices based on work orders and ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review and reconcile billing discrepancies, following up as needed to ensure proper resolution
• Support administrative operations including creation and tracking of purchase orders, supply orders, and work orders
• Maintain and update records within internal systems, with experience in Microsoft D365 considered a strong plus
• Provide calendar management and scheduling support for the SVP of Operations
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients regarding billing inquiries and operational support
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in billing, administrative support, or a related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with Microsoft D365 is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial documentation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service and handle inquiries with professionalism

Compensation: $21 - $24/ Hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
