The Ford Agency is recruiting an energetic Benefits Assistant for a prominent international law firm based in DC. The ideal candidate will work with all levels of staff and attorneys and will have opportunity to learn about policies and programs including leave, health, and retirement. If you are looking to launch your career in HR within a legal environment, this role is for you!
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with the administration of benefits programs
- Communicate with personnel regarding benefits related inquiries
- Review, maintain, and update benefit related documentation
- Assist with open enrollment activities and benefits presentations
Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of administrative experience
- Strong internships will be considered
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Strong professionalism and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
• $50,000 - $58,000 annually
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
