Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, employing evidence-based screening tools to identify appropriate interventions.

• Provide individualized counseling and crisis intervention services to clients facing various mental health issues, drawing upon your expertise to implement tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and wellness workshops that empower clients to engage with their own mental health journeys, focusing on topics such as stress management, anxiety reduction, and self-esteem enhancement.

• Work closely with community partners, including educational institutions and local organizations, to ensure a holistic approach to client well-being, promoting resources and support networks that enhance mental health.

• Engage in outreach initiatives, developing and participating in community education programs to raise awareness about mental health services and reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We prioritize cultural competence in our practice, ensuring that all clients feel respected and understood within a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
