Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mental health diagnoses, followed by the creation and implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring adherence to all documentation and policy requirements.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver effective treatment and support.

• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining open and empathetic communication with clients, their families, and significant stakeholders.

• Employ creative and evidence-based interventions during therapy sessions to facilitate client progress and encourage goal attainment.

• Document each therapy session accurately according to our clinic's guidelines, including ongoing assessments, treatment plan revisions, and clinical notes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate care effectively and holistically.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our clinic, you will work with a varied client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n
