Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans based on customer demand, stock levels, available resources, and production capacity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, equipment, and manpower to meet production requirements.
• Identify production bottlenecks or constraints and propose effective solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Communicate production schedules and updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Attend daily production meetings to communicate the latest production plans, monitor output vs. targets, and address gaps.
• Quickly resolve production planning and material management issues, using analytical skills to implement solutions and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Ensure production plans align with customer demand and meet finished goods safety stock targets.
• Ensure that production plans are achievable by the production team and effectively communicated.
• Guarantee traceability of all projects and update/extract data for KPI tracking and follow-up.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Operations, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning.
• Proven experience in production planning, material management, and inventory control.
• Capable and experienced with automotive industry standards.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency in math and statistics for data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
• Results-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
