Félix is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join a cross-functional team spanning Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations. You will map KPIs, drive actionable insights, and raise the analytical bar with stakeholders across Product, Ops, and Leadership. This role is 40% hands-on and 60% guiding a high-impact analytics team.
