Program Manager, Career Services

Under the direction of the Director of Career Services, the Program Manager supports the daily operations and strategic initiatives of UC Clermont's Career Services Center. This position coordinates career programming, employer engagement activities, workforce development initiatives, communications, events, and operational functions that advance the college's commitment to career readiness and experiential learning.

Serving as a central connector between students, faculty, staff, employers, alumni, and community partners, the Program Manager helps students discover opportunities, access campus and community resources, engage in experiential learning, and prepare for meaningful careers. Working collaboratively across the college, this position builds relationships, supports employer partnerships, coordinates departmental operations, and enhances student engagement through high-quality programs, services, and outreach.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Student Affairs, Communications, Workforce Development, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
• One (1) year of experience in program coordination, event planning, employer engagement, administrative operations, workforce development, higher education, student services, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
