Your Responsibilities Patient screening – offer top‑tier customer service (no sales involved). You will assist patients until they are successfully linked with the study site. Your Qualifications Fluent in Dutch (L1 speaker with a minimum of C2 level), and English (C1 minimum, operational language). Completed an education or a degree in medicine or a medically related profession. Experience with phone and email inquiries, preferably in a call centre. Solid PC skills and IT affinity. Separate, quiet home workspace and a reliable internet connection: minimum 25 Mbit/s download and 5 Mbit/s upload DSL speed.
