Accounting Manager

Managing key accounting activities, the remote Accounting Manager will oversee month-end close processes, revenue recognition, and financial reporting while mentoring team members and collaborating with FP&A and executive leadership. Key responsibilities Review and prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and complex GL entries as needed Partner with FP&A to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards Train and mentor accounting staff, while monitoring emerging GAAP standards and implementing necessary controls Required qualifications 10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance Bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting or finance Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong MS Office literacy Solid understanding of GAAP, financial regulations, and accounting best practices Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in developing teams and fostering cross-functional relationships
