Business Development Manager / Territory Sales Manager – Multifamily (TLL Program)

Role Summary
Drive new business acquisition for Lock & Key's Tenant Liability Waiver (TLL) and rentersinsurance compliance program across a multi-state multifamily territory, targeting property owners and operators in the small to mid-market range.
Responsibilities
Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns (cold/warm email, LinkedIn, phone) targeting multifamily owners, operators, and regional property managers
Manage the full sales cycle
Attend industry conferences and tradeshows to generate leads and build relationships
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
Coordinate with marketing support on content, follow-up sequences, and campaign execution
Travel within territory as needed for in-person meetings and events
Report on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and territory performance
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, ideally in multifamily, insurance, or property management-adjacent industries
Proven track record of outbound prospecting and closing small to mid sized B2B deals
Comfortable with travel (conferences, tradeshows)
Experience with CRM systems and structured pipeline management
Strong written communication skills for cold outreach and follow-up sequences
Self-starter who can operate independently across a large, multi-state territory
Based in Arizona
Nice-to-Haves
Existing relationships/network within multifamily ownership or property management circles
Experience selling risk management, insurance, or compliance-related programs
Experience in Multi-Family
