Territory Sales Manager - Duro Dyne

Territory ManagerWe are seeking dynamic individuals to join our winning team. If you are a highly motivated team player who is interested in an exciting career with a global leading manufacturer, then this job is for you.As a Territory Manager, you will be the face of Duro Dyne across the Southwest territory, driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong, long-term relationships with the distributors and contractors throughout our channel. You will be responsible for increasing sales of our products and services across this multi-state territory while managing a limited number of key or named accounts. This is a field-based role built on being in front of customers and being present in the market.This is not a traditional outside sales position. It is a hands-on, technical sales role. Our Territory Managers spend much of their week inside sheet metal fabrication shops and mechanical contractor facilities, running live demonstrations of Duro Dyne products and machinery and delivering technical training, such as hands-on brazing sessions, to contractors, service technicians, and distributor personnel. Candidates should be comfortable lifting product, working with hand tools and torches, and demonstrating equipment in a shop environment.Candidates should reside in the region (AZ, CO, etc) to effectively support the assigned territory.We are looking for someone passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, who thrives in a dynamic environment, and who is motivated by results.
