About the Job Want to Join a Professional, Fun and Collaborative Team? We are a pediatric, speech-therapy office in search of an Administrative Associate. Position Overview:
- Arley Therapy Services is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Associate to support pediatric speech therapy operations.
- This role ensures timely communication, accurate documentation, and efficient administrative workflow.
- Maintain physician contact database.
- Organize and process referrals and authorizations.
- Send and receive documents via fax/email.
- Communicate with medical offices to obtain updates.
- Provide timely status updates to supervisors.
- Independently manage assigned administrative tasks.
- Monitor email, fax, and task systems daily.
- Track pending referrals, authorizations, and documentation.
- Provide updates throughout the day.
- Maintain accurate patient tracking systems.
- Full-time availability.
- Strong organization and accountability.
- Ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Professional communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Comfort with web-based systems and technology.
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
