Responsibilities: This position is open immediately for individuals who want to: • Build and grow their own financial advisory practice • Help clients gain clarity, confidence, and long-term financial security • Be part of a mission-driven organization where people truly matter • Develop and implement personalized financial plans aligned with clients’ long-term goals • Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients • Conduct client meetings with clarity, professionalism, and purpose • Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to deliver comprehensive financial guidance • Utilize firm resources and partnerships to offer a wide range of financial products and services • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices through ongoing learning You’ll have the freedom to drive your own success - while leveraging the support, tools, and credibility of a respected firm. Qualifications: • Active Life Producer License in your state of residence (Virginia) • Proven experience selling life insurance products and generating leads • Strong communication and phone skills • Business-driven mindset with the desire to grow a personal practice • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds • Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve • Self-motivated professionals with a strong work ethic • Individuals passionate about helping others and making a positive impact • Confident, resilient, and relationship-focused advisors • Ethical, trustworthy, and committed to doing what’s right for clients • Professionals who want to grow their own success while contributing to their community Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000

Compensation:
$90,000-$120,000 per year
