Clinic Manager

We are looking for Clinic Manager to join our multidisciplinary team. CST Academy, a therapeutic preschool-style program and outpatient clinic, is the only program of its kind in Chicago and the North Shore. Role Overview The Clinic Manager is a role that is vital to ensuring safe arrival and dismissal of clients on a day-to-day basis. The Clinic Administrative Assistant is responsible for being the front desk attendant. This includes assisting families, children and therapists with entering and exiting the building, and being the central point of contact for therapists and families. Additionally, the Clinic Administrative Assistant is responsible for the upkeep of any documents, responding to various messages within the building, completing inventory and ordering for the building, managing and completing building cleaning and organizational tasks, and any other relevant tasks delegated by the Clinic Director.
