Staffing Coordinator

Excelcare at Norwood is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will manage daily staffing schedules, coordinate coverage for open shifts, and support staffing operations to ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care. Report labor hours daily, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance. Coordinate coverage for open shifts and address scheduling conflicts promptly. Collaborate with department heads to ensure proper staffing levels. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee schedules and attendance. Communicate schedule updates and changes to staff effectively. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a Staffing Coordinator in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting. Strong understanding of master scheduling and daily labor hour reporting. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in scheduling software and tools.
