EmpowerHome is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing organization and help accelerate the next phase of our growth.

This is an opportunity for a proven marketing executive who wants more than a traditional corporate leadership role.

EmpowerHome already has significant marketing investments, established lead-generation channels, proven initiatives, and teams operating across multiple markets. You are not walking into a blank canvas.

Your job is to understand what is working, protect the strategies producing results, improve what can perform better, and identify the opportunities that can take our marketing to the next level.

The VP of Marketing will own the company's marketing strategy, lead generation, demand generation, campaign performance, content strategy, direct-response marketing, messaging, vendor relationships, and development of the marketing team.

This is a hands-on executive leadership role . We're looking for someone who can move comfortably between the boardroom and the details-someone who can analyze a dashboard in the morning, challenge a campaign strategy, improve an offer, coach a team member, and make sure a campaign actually launches.
