About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to take on an executive leadership role with a primary focus on business development, capture, proposal, pricing, and marketing functions within the federal marketplace. The successful candidate will be a senior leader, responsible for the growth strategy and execution that will drive the company from its current revenue to a target of $100M and beyond. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that requires an agile thinker capable of both recognizing and acting on opportunities swiftly, as well as challenging traditional approaches to growth. The CGO will lead a team and be accountable for the entire growth process, from opportunity identification to bid task assignments, and will be expected to establish and maintain a disciplined growth system. Applicants for the CGO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in federal professional services, with a proven track record of scaling a business within a similar revenue band. The role demands a deep understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle, contract vehicles, and established relationships across federal customers and the GovCon industry. Experience in M&A, particularly in sourcing, diligence, and integration, is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, be adept at building and mentoring high-performing teams, and possess the ability to operate at the CEO, board, and customer-executive levels. Key responsibilities include owning the multi-year growth strategy, leading business development and capture operations, and protecting and expanding strategic contract vehicles. The CGO will also be instrumental in the company's marketing, brand, and systems, and will be expected to report on growth performance against clear KPIs.
