Sales And Marketing Representative

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Sales Representative / Business Development Representative to join Medai Technology LLC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting business owners, walking into local businesses, starting conversations, identifying needs, and helping companies understand how technology can improve their sales, marketing, and customer engagement. The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, visiting businesses, qualifying leads, understanding client pain points, presenting Medai’s solutions, and supporting the sales process from first conversation to deal closing. What You Will Sell You will help introduce and sell Medai Technology LLC’s solutions, including: Digital marketing automation solutions Lead generation systems Outbound outreach and calling workflow management AI-enabled SDR and sales support tools CRM integration and customer pipeline management Sales and marketing cost-reduction solutions Business automation and customized technology solutions Tools that help businesses generate more leads, follow up faster, and convert prospects more effectively Key Responsibilities Visit local businesses and introduce Medai Technology LLC’s services and solutions Identify business needs related to sales, marketing, lead generation, customer follow-up, and CRM usage Build relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers Explain how Medai’s technology solutions can help reduce sales and marketing costs Present prebuilt and customized solutions in a simple, business-friendly way Qualify prospects and gather information about their current workflows, challenges, and goals Schedule follow-up meetings, demos, and discovery calls with the Medai team Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and opportunities in the CRM Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, texts, and in-person visits Collaborate with the technical and leadership team to match client needs with the right solution Support proposal discussions and help move prospects through the sales pipeline Represent Medai Technology LLC professionally in the local business community Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is confident, curious, and comfortable speaking with business owners. You do not need to be highly technical, but you should be able to understand business problems and explain technology solutions in simple terms. You should enjoy face-to-face sales, local outreach, networking, and helping businesses find better ways to grow.
