Assistant Property Manager

Job Details Location: Casa Development - LOS ANGELES, CA 90007 Salary: $20.34 - $33.89 per hour Job Category: Property Management Responsibilities Assist the Property Manager in preparing initial and follow‑up correspondence on all matters relating to the property being managed. Assist the Property Manager in the collection of income and the management of expenses including tenant receivables and maintenance reports to produce the maximum economic benefit for the property. Administer the day‑to‑day implementation of a standard operating procedural manual. Assist the Property Manager in processing tenant recertification, including verification, certification, annual and interim recertification, and maintain leases as needed. Assist the Property Manager in maintaining 100% occupancy of the building at all times. Qualifications Property management experience preferred. Experience with affordable housing programs (Project‑based Section 8, Section 202, LIHTC preferred). Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws helpful. Experience with Yardi helpful. Computer literacy required.
