What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with professionalism and energy, creating a positive rental experience

• Identify customer needs through attentive listening and clear communication

• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently

• Review rental options, protections, and upgrades to match customer needs

• Handle payments, verify documentation, and maintain accurate records

• Perform vehicle inspections for both renting and returning customers

• Accurately report vehicle damage, and detail related fees

• Daily Inventory of vehicles, coordinate and account for all vehicle movements

• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‐ready counter environment

• Clean or lightly detail vehicles when needed to support overall operations

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).

• Flexibility to work all shifts.

• Must be able to sit, stand and type for prolonged periods.

• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must have a valid driver's license

• 6 months real estate or retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
