BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

U.S. Marine Corps

Job Description You will develop and submit annual funding requirements for the assigned systems/programs. You will process rough order magnitude (ROM) cost estimates from all activities within the depot. You will establish mutually supportive and beneficial relationships between naval aviation and commercial industry to integrate the use of business and trade practices within DOD. You will initiate partnering opportunities between the Government and Industry in accordance with Title 10 Public Law. You will develop, formulate and manage a program to enhance technology transfer for internal mission enhancement and external value benefiting both naval aviation and industry partners. You will attend activity command conferences, meet with officials from Naval Systems Commands and other agencies as well as representatives of private industry. You will develop and make formal presentations concerning depot capability status/concern/issues to review conferences. You will participate as the depot technical representative on source selection committees. You will develop, coordinate and direct the execution of future workload re-alignment plans to meet the command capacity and capability with potential customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
