Are you organized, dependable, and experienced in the home care industry? We’re looking for a Home Care Coordinator to join our team! Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ Schedule: Full Time
Monday to Thursday : 8 AM - 4PM
Friday: 8 AM - 1 PM Pay : $25 - $30 REQUIREMENTS
Previous home care coordination experience required
Experience with HHAeXchange required
Strong scheduling and organizational skills
Excellent communication with caregivers, clients, and families
Ability to multitask and handle scheduling changes
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate client and caregiver schedules
Manage staffing and coverage
Communicate with HHAs, clients, and families
Monitor schedules and care needs
Handle call-outs and last-minute changes
Maintain accurate documentation and records
