The organization is continuing to grow and is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its Employee Resources team. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative HR department and play an important role in supporting hiring across a diverse range of positions, from manufacturing and skilled trades to technical, administrative, sales, and leadership roles. Job Description: The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, source and engage candidates, conduct interviews, and support the onboarding process. This role will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines while creating a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-oriented recruiting professional who can work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and effectively connect with candidates across a variety of backgrounds and experience levels. Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, construction, engineering, or other related environments is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and candidate engagement through interviews, selection, background checks, and onboarding. Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, social media, networking, community outreach, job boards, and other creative recruiting channels. Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and follow-through with hiring managers. Conduct engaging interviews and help candidates understand the organization, culture, and available opportunities. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines by developing relationships with both active and passive candidates. Serve as an ambassador for the organization's culture and employee experience throughout the recruiting process. Coordinate recruiting activities with hiring managers and internal HR partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Support onboarding and new hire integration, helping new employees feel welcomed and connected from day one. Develop relationships with local colleges, trade schools, community organizations, and other talent sources to strengthen recruiting pipelines. Participate in career fairs, community events, and other recruiting initiatives to increase employer visibility. Support high-volume and project-based hiring needs as business demands evolve. Utilize recruiting systems and tools to track requisitions, candidates, interviews, and hiring activity. Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process. Qualifications: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required. Experience recruiting for a broad range of positions, including manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, administrative, sales, and/or executive roles. Manufacturing experience strongly preferred; experience in construction, labor, engineering, industrial, or other related environments is also relevant. Experience with high-volume recruiting, requisition management, hiring manager partnership, sourcing, onboarding, college recruiting, and career fairs. Proficiency with recruiting and HR technology, including ADP Workforce Now, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously. Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and time-management skills. Proactive and adaptable with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative HR team. Approachable, down-to-earth, and relationship-oriented communication style. Ability to establish trust and credibility with hiring managers and candidates. Strong understanding of candidate engagement and the importance of creating a positive hiring experience.
