We have earned acknowledgment and respect through our successful performance record with the DoW, DHS, HHS, NASA, DOT, and other federal agencies.Onsite requirement: 3-5 days a week in our Chantilly officeResponsibilities:Responsible for full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levelsResponsible for sourcing candidates for proposal bidsWork closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting processCreate and post compelling position overviewsDevelop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing all tools such as direct sourcing, online resume databases, social networking, etc.Update applicant tracking systemWork with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteriaCommunicate with BD, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure everyone is kept up to dateManage reporting requirementsRequirements:5+ years of Staffing/Recruitment experienceHealthcare recruiting experienceExperience with Paylocity a plusExperience recruiting for federal proposals preferredFlexibility to work surge hours as required during proposal timeframesExperience with recruiting for cleared candidatesExperience using a variety of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systemsExperience recruiting passive candidates through LIExcellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experienceDecisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a fast-paced work cultureClear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle processesStrong work ethic is a mustAbility to work with minimal supervision and guidance is essentialAbility to interact with all levels of management, to include C-LevelUS Citizen with the ability to obtain a government clearance if necessaryVenesco LLC, is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
