Salary: $55,000 annually + up to $1,000/month in performance bonuses

You'll manage inventory, control costs, and forecast product needs, all while creating a positive and motivating work environment. We're seeking a results-driven professional with proven experience in retail management, food service leadership, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations. You should have a strong record of achieving key performance results, managing labor and expenses, and developing your team toward excellence. Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and time management are key. A great Crumbl Manager is customer-centric, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in leading by example, solving problems with positivity and precision, and developing people into future leaders.
