Salary: $55,000 annually + up to $1,000/month in performance bonuses

Your Role as a Crumbl LeaderYour position as a Crumbl Manager combines the best of people leadership, operational management, and brand excellence. You'll oversee production quality, cleanliness, scheduling, and labor management to ensure that every shift runs efficiently and every customer leaves delighted. You'll manage inventory, control costs, and forecast product needs, all while creating a positive and motivating work environment. With your strong communication skills, coaching ability, and eye for detail, you'll model the accountability and professionalism that make Crumbl the industry leader it is today.
Who We're Looking ForWe're seeking a results-driven professional with proven experience in retail management, food service leadership, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations. You should have a strong record of achieving key performance results, managing labor and expenses, and developing your team toward excellence. Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and time management are key. A great Crumbl Manager is customer-centric, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in leading by example, solving problems with positivity and precision, and developing people into future leaders.
