Production Supervisor

A well-established specialty materials manufacturer is seeking a Shift Supervisor in the Kenton, Ohio area. Responsibilities: Oversee safe, efficient shift operations while ensuring employee safety, equipment protection, productivity, and quality. Monitor production processes, equipment, personnel, and resources to maintain workflow and identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement. Maximize production efficiency by effectively utilizing equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs, minimizing downtime, and overseeing preventive maintenance and minor repairs. Maintain strong working relationships across departments and shifts while promoting teamwork and cooperation. Administer union workforce requirements in accordance with collective bargaining agreements, including overtime and call-in assignments. Stay current on manufacturing best practices, technologies, and industry standards through professional development and benchmarking. Candidates Must Have: 4+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in chemical manufacturing is a plus Union experience is preferred Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr JMJ Phillip Group
