Maintenance Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Defiance, OH, for a Maintenance Manager. The role includes overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include managing a team of maintenance personnel, conducting routine inspections, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. The Maintenance Manager will also coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production processes. Qualifications Proficiency in mechanical systems, electrical systems, and equipment troubleshooting Experience with preventive maintenance programs and machine repairs Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to industrial maintenance Ability to work hands-on and solve complex technical challenges Experience with dairy, beverage or food production equipment is an advantage Proficiency in maintenance management software is a plus High school diploma or equivalent, with technical certifications or a degree in a related field preferred Previous experience in maintenance management or supervisory roles #J-18808-Ljbffr Arps Dairy, Inc.
