Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including crisis assessments and follow-up care to ensure continuity of treatment for clients.

• Assess the needs of clients to determine suitable levels of mental health care, devising tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Coordinate with Reentry Social Workers to facilitate effective discharge planning services for clients transitioning from institutional settings.
\n
• Prepare and submit necessary statistical reports in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborate with the Department of Correction to streamline access to clients, ensuring appropriate housing and treatment options are made available.
\n
• Lead and develop group therapy sessions on mental health observation units, providing essential support to clients in various treatment stages.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, participating in weekly clinical supervision sessions for guidance and feedback.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case conferences, and treatment planning meetings to integrate holistic approaches to client care.

• Conduct psychological testing as necessary and oversee social work interns and volunteers, offering mentorship and support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
