Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couple therapy sessions, facilitating discussions and interventions to address issues such as marital conflicts, grief, job stress, and family dynamics.

• Provide specialized therapy for various groups, including blended families and those dealing with separation or divorce, using evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with families to develop treatment plans that highlight their unique needs, ensuring a holistic approach to therapy.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, delivering compassionate care focused on achieving optimal outcomes.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients and children/adolescents. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing individuals experiencing various challenges, including alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, and family conflict. As an LMFT, you will specialize in understanding the dynamics of family systems and work closely with clients to navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In this full-time position, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
