Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor involves several critical functions, including:

In this role, you will work primarily with stable adults who present with low-acuity mental health needs. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of one of the following fully licensed credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Ability to practice independently without supervision; provisional or limited licenses are not eligible.

• No prior disciplinary actions impacting the ability to practice.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are essential for building rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
