Job Overview Priority1, Inc., a dynamic nationwide company, is seeking Transportation Territory Managers for business‑to‑business product/service sales in Rockhill. The position focuses on new business acquisition and offers a clear career path into Senior Territory Manager/Regional Sales Manager roles. Responsibilities Prospect and acquire new business through B2B door‑to‑door cold calling. Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity. Sell and set up new accounts. Manage accounts you sell. Training and Development Three weeks of corporate training during your first 24 months, with ongoing Senior TM and management trainings. Newly hired managers also join the Fast Start Program for 3 months of in‑field training with upper management. Rewards & Recognition Performance is recognized in front of peers and the organization. Requirements 3–5 years of freight sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended). Enthusiastic, energetic, polished, and professional appearance. Determined to be part of a winning team. Burning desire to be successful. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission. $500 monthly car allowance. Reimbursement for gas receipts.
