Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical support to clients suffering from major mental illnesses and/or severe emotional disorders through telehealth platforms and occasional in-person sessions as needed.

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared team goals, emphasizing a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure clients are provided with continuous, appropriate care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs and preferences of clients, with a focus on empowerment and informed choice.

• Engage in crisis intervention and management, utilizing best practices to support clients effectively.

• Maintain accurate documentation and timely submission of reports to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Monitor client progress, participation in therapy, and overall treatment outcomes, making adjustments as needed to improve efficacy of services.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities, staying current with best practices and emerging trends in social work and mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily consist of individuals from diverse backgrounds facing significant social, economic, and psychological challenges. Many of our clients represent underrepresented and underprivileged populations requiring culturally competent care and sensitivity to their unique circumstances. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating access to critical mental health resources and advocacy for the needs of these communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is preferred, with an emphasis on direct client work.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
