Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, screenings, and evaluations to develop individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on fostering recovery and promoting empowerment.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Engage in crisis intervention and stabilization efforts, responding promptly and effectively to clients in distress.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to integrate services and enhance client support networks.

• Participate in case management activities, monitoring client progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.

• Be available for on-call coverage during scheduled hours to attend to urgent client needs.

• Contribute to agency committees focused on improving service delivery and quality enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
