Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to deliver psychotherapy services using evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Key tasks include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans informed by solution-focused interventions.

• Administering a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the client's preferences and presented challenges.

• Maintaining precise and timely documentation of clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Engaging in collaborative case management with other health professionals to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes for patients.

• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families regarding mental health, coping strategies, and available community resources to support their journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve patients in hospice care, many facing end-of-life issues. You will provide support to both patients and their families, addressing grief, anxiety, depression, and adjustment to terminal illness. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
