Litigation Assistant- 75K-80K, Garden City, NY Prepare Supreme Court and Surrogate's Court papers, motions, briefs, affidavits, affirmations, and litigation backs; independently gather exhibits, documents, and prepare exhibit lists E-file in all New York courts, including Supreme Courts, Surrogate's Courts, Federal Courts (PACER), and the Court of Appeals Monitor attorneys' eTracks and calendar deadlines in attorneys' Outlook calendars Maintain and update attorney contacts in Outlook Coordinate with vendors when scheduling depositions, appellate printing requirements, and process servers for service of papers Bates-stamp documents for productions Transcribe dictation from Philips SpeechExec and Philips mini cassettes Answer phones and coordinate calls and meetings with clients via conference call or Zoom

SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE

Microsoft Word, including creating tables of contents, tables of authorities, and bookmarking documents Juris (attorney timekeeping program) Microsoft Outlook (calendaring and contacts)
