Coverage is needed every weekend Friday 7a - Monday 7a. included in the rates24 hour call to include 2 hours gratisCallbackOrientationConversion fee 25k rate cap Tier 1: 24 hour call to include 2 hours gratis: 4500 Callback: 460 and below Tier 2: 24 hour call to include 2 hours gratis: 4501-5000 Callback: 461-500 Average call back hours: 4-5 with highest of 8 hours onsite. 7a - Monday 7a - Every WeekendSetting: Inpatient Call Emergency DepartmentFacility address: 400 W 16th St. Pueblo CO 81003Required Procedures/Job Duties: General Urology Adult amp Pediatric Advanced endoscopic Techniques Laparoscopic Surgeries Percutaneous nephrolithotomy ureteroscopy radical cystectomy w/ileo-loop conduit radical prostatectomy nephrectomy prostatectomy renal and bladder ultrasound and with biopsy TRUS biopsies and Incontinence. Preferred Procedures/Job Duties: Pelvic node dissection robotic surgery partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound Adrenalectomy penile prosthesis extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy ESWL amp brachytherapy. EMR Required training is a requirement to complete prior to their first day there are No options to Test Out.Training is only available Tuesdays or Fridays at 8a MT. EMR training is not billable until the provider starts at the facility.
